This policy explains how R. Vijayendiran, trading as Zreyas Financial Services ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal information through this website and while providing mutual fund distribution and related services. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable SEBI and AMFI requirements.

What we collect

• Details you choose to share — your name, mobile number, email, goal, investment amount or other information you type into a form or send us on call, WhatsApp or email.
• Details needed to process investments — such as PAN, KYC status, bank and nominee details. These are usually submitted by you directly on the NSE Mutual Fund platform, with the KYC registration agency or with the product provider.
• Basic technical data — our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

How this website works

Our website forms do not store your details on a server. When you submit a form, WhatsApp opens on your device with your details filled in; nothing reaches us until you press Send. Some pages remember small preferences (such as your "keep these ready" checklist) in your own browser's storage — this stays on your device and you can clear it at any time.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and help you register, complete KYC and transact.
• To contact you on call, WhatsApp, SMS or email about the services you asked for, where you have agreed to it.
• To meet legal, regulatory, audit and record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to provide the service or as required by law: mutual fund houses and their registrars, the NSE Mutual Fund platform, KYC registration agencies, insurers and other product providers you choose, and regulators or authorities when legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep records for as long as needed to serve you and for the periods required under applicable regulations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or update your information, withdraw your consent to being contacted, or ask us to erase data we are not required to keep. To stop receiving messages, simply reply "STOP" on WhatsApp or tell us on call or email. Write to zreyas@zohomail.in for any privacy request.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. Please never share OTPs, passwords or PINs with anyone, including us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction.

Disclosures

• Mutual fund distribution. R. Vijayendiran is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-152740, EUIN E270842). Our services are distribution and execution only.
• Commission. We receive commission from the fund houses and product providers whose products you invest in through us. Commission rates can differ across schemes and providers; details are available on request. There is no separate fee charged to you for our distribution services.
• Not an investment adviser. We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser. Any discussion about schemes is incidental to distribution and does not constitute investment advice.
• Insurance. Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Please read the policy document and sales brochure carefully before concluding a sale.
• NPS, PMS, AIF and SIF. These products are governed by their own regulations, offer documents and minimum investment amounts, and may not suit every investor. Please read the respective documents and understand the risks, costs and lock-ins before investing.
• Calculators. Calculator outputs and illustrations on this website use assumed rates of return and are for understanding only — they are not a promise of returns.
• Market risk. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully. Past performance may or may not be sustained in future.

Grievance redressal

If something has not gone as expected, we want to know. Here is how to raise a concern and where to go if it is not resolved.

   Contact us

   Write to zreyas@zohomail.in or call +91 87784 87989 with your name, folio or application details and the issue. We will acknowledge promptly and aim to resolve it within a few working days.

   Fund house or product provider

   If the matter relates to a transaction, statement or service by a fund house, registrar or insurer, you may also contact their investor service or grievance officer directly — details are in your account statement and their website.

   SEBI SCORES

   If you are not satisfied with the response, or do not hear back within the time the regulations allow, you can lodge a complaint on SEBI's online portal, SCORES (scores.sebi.gov.in).

   SMART ODR

   If the complaint remains unresolved, you may take it to online conciliation and arbitration through the Securities Market's Online Dispute Resolution portal, SMART ODR (smartodr.in).

For insurance complaints, you may approach the insurer's grievance cell and, if needed, the Insurance Ombudsman or IRDAI's Bima Bharosa portal. For NPS, use the CRA grievance system.
